The PH Cleantec Hotwash Cleaning System is environment and resource-friendly, as well as cost-efficient, due to it being able to recirculate the cleaning liquid. The Hotwash units are mobile and have an integrated 60-litre tank which can be filled with water or cooling lubricant (stainless steel units can also be operated with deionised water and acids). If necessary, cleaning concentrate can be added to the Hotwash units.

Cleaning small and large parts

From precision parts used in watch making, to 10 ton motors.

• Our Hotwash cleaning devices operate at low pressures of up to 14 bar and high temperatures up to 95°C, making them ideal for cleaning greasy and oily parts, as well as complex surfaces.
• Cleaning is performed with water, and an alkaline cleaning agent can be added if necessary. Deionised water or acids may be used depending on the application.
• The high temperature dissolves contaminants efficiently, while the low pressure safely removes dirt without damaging parts.
• Various Hotwash nozzles allow for the effective cleaning of complex surfaces, including cracks, grooves, and deep cavities, without leaving residues.
• For residue-free cleaning, especially in sensitive applications, our stainless steel Hotwash units can use deionised water or acids, making them suitable for medical, precision, and industrial uses.

Cleaning tooling machines

These can even be cleaned with their own cooling lubricant or cutting oil if required. Benefits include:
